  1. Opelika Business License – You must be legally licensed to operate within the City of Opelika and agree to pay all applicable sales taxes related to your business.
  2. Participation Fee – If selected, you must pay the $100 participation fee to secure your spot.
  3. Large Attendance Capacity – You must be prepared to serve a crowd of 4,000+ attendees and purchase enough supplies to avoid selling out early.
  4. Setup & Logistics – You must be prepared for heavy foot traffic downtown. Vendors are responsible for staffing, ensuring fast service, and providing their own generator (no power will be available on-site).
  5. Unhooking Requirement – Food trucks must unhook from their trailer. If you are unable to unhook, please do NOT apply.
  6. Menu Requirements – Due to the cold weather during last year’s event, vendors offering only cold items or drinks will NOT be accepted. You must provide warm food or drink alternatives.
  7. Commitment – Apply only if you are confident in your ability to attend. Cancellations negatively impact both the event and fellow vendors. Cancelling the week of the event will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
