True40 is a fusion workout inspired by barre, low impact cardio, functional strength training, TRX, Pilates, and yoga. Perfect for all life stages & all ages, with modifications (and challenges) given for each exercise. We empower our clients to "move true, be you," and to find renewal + strength, as the number 40 symbolizes. With the headquarters now in Birmingham, and 6 (soon to be 7) other studios in Alabama, True40 is set up for many more years of success.
