Honor, Service, and Giving Back Join the U.S. Military branches and LifeSouth Community Blood Centers for a special 9/11 Blood Drive in remembrance and service to others. 📅 Date & Time: Thursday, September 11, 2025 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 📍 Locations: Best Buy: 2147 Tigertown Parkway, Opelika, AL 36801 Sam’s Club: 2335 Bent Creek Rd, Auburn, AL 36830 Donating blood is one of the most meaningful ways to support our community and honor those who serve. All donors will receive a free t-shirt and restaurant gift cards, while platelet and double red cell donors will also receive a $40 e-gift card (while supplies last). Eligibility: Donors must be at least 16 years old, weigh a minimum of 110 lbs, and present a valid photo ID. Sixteen-year-olds require written parental permission.
